WHAT’S INCLUDED
From our first conversation to the wedding day itself, I’ll be there to guide you through the whole process.
- Email and phone support right up until your wedding day.
- Online and in-person meetings as needed throughout the planning process.
- Your story questionnaire, sent to you when you book, to get you thinking about your relationship, how you met, the journey that brought you to your wedding day and how much of your story you’d like your ceremony to tell.
- A dedicated ceremony planning meeting, usually around six months before your wedding, when we’ll sit down over a coffee or a glass of your favourite tipple and start bringing all those ideas together.
- Guidance on the structure and content of your ceremony, including the different elements you might choose to include and how they can all come together.
- Access to a library of ideas and resources, including sample vows, readings, poetry, ceremony structures and symbolic elements such as handfasting, wine pouring and ring warming.
- Ideas and advice on music — what to choose, where it might work and how to incorporate it into your ceremony.
- Practical and logistical guidance on everything from seating, sound and weather plans to props, children, guest participation and indoor vs. outdoor ceremonies — even where to hide the tissues.
- A clear planning timeline, so you always know what happens next and what I need from you, and when.
- Your first ceremony script, sent around two months before the wedding, leaving plenty of time for us to make any changes or additions together.
- A final check-in around ten days before the wedding, plus a rehearsal if needed, so everyone knows where to be, what to do and what they need to bring.
- A presentation copy of your ceremony script in a keepsake folder, for you to keep after the wedding.
- Travel to and from your venue.*
*Additional travel costs may apply to venues more than 40 miles from Winchester, Hampshire.
